One of the nation’s leading designers and marketers of lifestyle apparel, the Antigua Group, Inc., under the genuine Antigua brand has announced that it has been named the official apparel sponsor for the Volunteers of America Texas Shootout Presented by JTBC.
Volunteers of America, one of the nation’s largest national providers of housing and programs for homeless veterans and their families, serves over 2 million of America’s most vulnerable each year by helping those in need live healthy, safe, and productive lives. Through hundreds of human service programs, including housing and health care, Volunteers of America serves people in over 400 communities, assisting veterans, at-risk youth, the elderly, men and women returning from prison, homeless individuals or families, people with disabilities or those battling addiction. Through their partnership with the LPGA, Volunteers of America is looking to continue to raise awareness for their organization and initiatives.
Antigua will provide apparel for those working as gallery control, marshals, scorers, rovers and Pro Am gifts for the amateur participants at this year’s tournament, being held April 28 through May 1 at the Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, Texas.
Antigua will be well represented at this event with eleven Tour Staff players entered including Solheim Cuppers; Stacy Lewis, Gerina Piller, Lizette Salas and Brittany Lang all wearing their 2016 Antigua apparel.
“Being chosen as the official apparel sponsor for the Volunteers of America Texas Shootout is a great honor,” said Ron McPherson, President and CEO of Antigua. “This is the third year that this great event is being held and Antigua is proud to be a part of it.”
