Lenox, MA (Nov. 13, 2015) – eduKaytion Golf, the Northeast’s #1 golf education company, is offering five one-day workshops, teaching its’ signature Golf 8.5 approach simplifying the game.
These workshops, appropriate for all level of players from beginners to advanced, will begin on Saturday, Nov. 21 and will take place at the eduKaytion Golf studio at Cranwell Spa & Golf Resort in Lenox, MA. Other dates are Nov. 28, Dec. 4, Dec. 5 and Jan. 9. The clinics will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
LPGA Hall of Fame instructor Kay McMahon, creator of the Golf 8.5 approach, will lead the clinics. McMahon, named by Golf Digest as one of America’s top 50 women instructors, will teach the 4 things to before the swing and 4.5 things during the swing.
McMahon developed Golf 8.5 through 30 years of playing, learning and teaching the sport. The concept eliminates the mind clutter that traditional teaching methods can create.
“I believe that the traditional way of teaching golf leads to too many things to think about during the swing,” said McMahon. “There are really only four things to think about before the swing, and 4.5 things to do during the swing. It really simplifies the thought process in learning the golf swing.”
eduKaytion Golf is dedicated to new player development: “Developing life skills by developing the game of a lifetime.”
Each eight-hour workshop costs $219. Executive Women’s Golf Association members or previous Golf 8.5 students pay only $169. You can register for the workshops by calling 518-669-1551, by email: Kay@edukaytiongolf.com or visit www.edukaytiongolf.com.
