Rocco Mediate Wears Carnoustie Apparel as he Claims His First PGA TOUR Champions Major Title

Golf apparel manufacturer Carnoustie Sportswear announced on Tuesday that PGA Tour Professional Rocco Mediate, wearing Carnoustie sports apparel, was victorious on the Champions Tour over the Memorial Day weekend.

Mediate captured his first Champions Tour major victory at the Senior PGA Championship presented by Kitchenaid in Benton Harbor Michigan. Mediate shot a 66 on Sunday for a 265 total for the event that he led from wire to wire.

“We are very excited to have Rocco Mediate wearing Carnoustie apparel on the Champions Tour”. Said Marshall Mancillas, president of Carnoustie. “We look forward to having him showcase Carnoustie on tour.”

Nexbelt and Carnoustie Join Forces – introduces Carnoustie by Nexbelt Collection at 2016 PGA Merchandise Show

Nexbelt announced that they have collaborated with Carnoustie Sportswear to produce an exclusive collection of coordinating belts to complement their sportswear collections. The Carnoustie by Nexbelt Collection will be unveiled in the Carnoustie Booth #6073 at the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, January 26-29.

The new Carnoustie by Nexbelt Collection features tumbled premium leather straps, contrast stitching, a handsomely designed Carnoustie Icon buckle and, of course, Nexbelt’s unique ratcheting system called PreciseFit that allows the wearer to adjust his belt in ¼ inch increments, providing extreme comfort and wear ability.

Aristo 18, announced that they have collaborated with Carnoustie Sportswear to produce an exclusive collection of coordinating trousers and shorts to complement their sportswear collections. A completely new generation of bottoms has been created with the theme of “Tailored-Performance”. The Carnoustie by Aristo 18 Collection will be unveiled in the Carnoustie Booth #6073 at the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, January 26-29.

“We are very excited to announce our new partnership with Aristo Eighteen. Aristo Eighteen, has for some time now, been recognized as makers of the finest worsted slacks in the game. Now their collection will be offered to the golf market exclusively through Carnoustie and its representatives under the brand Carnoustie by Aristo Eighteen. This is a very exciting expansion for Carnoustie with some immediate deliveries for the Spring window,” said Marshall Mancillas, CEO of Carnoustie.

Wool trousers will feature a new, exclusive fabric quality, featuring super 140’s wool, blended with 2% lycra, and finished with a nano-stain resistant treatment. Natural-stretch waistband construction has been added to increase comfort and performance. In-stock trousers will now feature pre-finished bottoms to eliminate the need for alterations-a service that has been universally welcomed from the golf industry. Even the finest golf shops have had to seek outside services for tailoring. Patterned wool trousers are color-matched to complement each sportswear color group to insure perfect coordination.

The Tech Collection will feature a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that will be available in an extensive assortment of in-stock basic colors, as well as seasonal solids and digitally printed plaids to coordinate with each color story.
